Job Description

Texas State University invites applications for the position of Assistant AD of Development (Athletics Development Officer) for the Athletic Department. This position is full-time and benefits eligible, reports to the Associate Athletic Director of Development and will supervise two development staff members.

Job Duties

The Assistant AD is responsible for leading and strategically planning the execution of the annual fund campaign; serving as the liaison with the statewide leadership council; fundraising efforts including solicitation, cultivation and stewardship of annual fund and major gifts; managing all fundraising reporting; assisting with creating and implementing programming to increase support of the Bobcat Club; assisting with the solicitation of premium seating and priority seating; managing and coordinating 6 statewide luncheons and acting as the liaison with donor software provider Paciolan.
