Job Description

Serves as a Title IX and EEO investigator; provides intake servies, conducts data analysis related to case management and performs equity reviews of staff and faculty hires. May conduct training and consultation with client groups.

Job Duties

Conduct investigations related to discrimination and Title IX including data gathering and analysis of investigation results
Conduct intake of all cases and complaints and track records
Conduct quantitative analysis case information and overall department performance.
Conduct equity reviews of staff and faculty job logs including evaluation of submitted documents and determination of significant equity issues
Provide mediation services, prepare reports, research data/information related to case management
